The location is superb, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The nearby shopping mall is a bonus, providing food and drinks at our convenience. The staff are polite and helpful, especially Michella, who is really good in addressing concerns.
Arriving after 10 PM was a bit tricky, requiring extra patience.

convenient location to a beautiful beach, affable staff, everything was nice. the place had a family atmosphere. we asked for family king room and it was exceptionally clean in top floors. location: the hotel was really close to the downstairs supermarket's cafeteria, a shopping mall, which closes all doors at night and the city centre.
